The leadership of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, under the direction of General Elaye Dollar Slaboh, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Godfrey Tare Pondi, General Manager (Operations) of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, following his conferment with the esteemed chieftaincy title of Ibe-Ebidouwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The title was conferred by His Royal Majesty, King Oboro Gbaraun II, Aketekpe Agadagba, the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom, during a grand traditional ceremony held at the royal palace. The conferment, witnessed by prominent sons and daughters of the Ijaw nation, reflects Pondi\u2019s outstanding record of selfless service to Gbaramatu Kingdom, the wider Ijaw nation, and the Niger Delta at large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the rite of conferment, Chief Godfrey Tare Pondi was formally introduced to the revered traditional institution of Gbaramatu Kingdom. This official presentation to His Royal Majesty and the council of chiefs symbolizes his full integration into the kingdom\u2019s traditional leadership structure, further strengthening his bond with the people and the throne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Slaboh, in his goodwill message, lauded Chief Pondi\u2019s enormous contributions to human capital development, infrastructural growth, and the general wellbeing of the Niger Delta people, describing the conferment as not only well-deserved but a testament to his enduring legacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Slaboh, the title Ibe-Ebidouwei  meaning “the Light of Gbaramatu Kingdom”  perfectly captures Chief Pondi\u2019s life of good deeds, community empowerment, and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
